Jane is Ranges First National's Operations Manager. She is responsible for running the office and making sure her staff have all the tools, training, latest technology, and knowledge to best help their clients.
Jane has been in real estate for over 10 years, working as a sales assistant, sales team member + dabbing into property management. After realising her true calling was to be a leader, she chose to step away from sales and took up a position within a multi-office network 'of the mountain'. After Director Mick Dolphin took over the Ranges First National office in 2016, Jane joined the team and welcomed the offer to work back in the "hills' and run the offices with Mick. Jane is also a Licensed Estate Agent with extensive knowledge of real estate, the local area, marketing and management of her team.
Jane brings local knowledge with her, having grown up in Cockatoo and attended and later worked part-time at Cockatoo Primary School and attended Emerald Secondary College. She still lives locally, backing onto Bunyip State Forest, perfect for downtime going camping and exploring the area in their 4WD with her husband and Staffy Binky, or you will find her tending to their cows on their hobby farm!
Jane is part of the award-winning team which received national recognition for the Elite and Top offices in Victoria & Tasmania - Gem Awards 2017 - 2021.
Jane was recognised as the 2019 Administrator for Victoria/Tasmania. Later announced to be the national winner of the award, complimenting her outstanding achievements with the Ranges offices.
Jane is an excellent asset to the offices and won't go a moment without helping her team, and the local community be the best they can be.
