Direct Connect offer a hassle free utility connection service for anyone moving into their new home. They cater for the rental, new buyer and commercial moving markets.
Direct Connect have integrated IT and service systems connecting directly to utility service providers to ensure a smooth move in connection transition.
How to use Direct Connect:
Step 1 - Fax, apply on line or call Direct Connect to connect your utilities. We at Ranges First National have the fax application form available to clients.
Step 2 - Direct Connect will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your details (if the application is sent on the weekend or after office hours it will be processed the following working day).
Step 3 - Once your details are confirmed your utilities will be switched on within the allotted service provider time frames.
Direct Connect will keep you informed of the timings of your connections but they range from 24 - 48 hours for your electricity, gas and water and 3 to 7 working days for your telephone and internet.
These timings can be shorter or longer depending on your property and it's activation history.
