In Winter 2018, you no doubt are aware that the local market has enjoyed strong growth over the past 2 years. The market is now changing and we have seen things returning to a more ‘normal’ market.

In a normal market, presentation and price positioning become kings again. Houses that are well presented and priced such that it would seem fair value are selling well with multiple offers. The opportunity now arises for people to buy properties at good value in this kind of market. So what this means is that if you are thinking of moving, come and talk with us. For buyers I think the rest of the year gives you a chance to buy again – so get in there and make some offers!
